Hinsichtlich der vermittelten Versicherungsprodukte wird eine Beratung angeboten.
Vergütung
Für die Vermittlung der Versicherungsprodukte erhält die Agentur Provisionen sowie gegebenenfalls weitere Zuwendungen von Versicherungsunternehmen. Die Provision ist in der Versicherungsprämie enthalten; für die hier angebotene Versicherungsvermittlung wird keine gesonderte Vergütung vom Kunden erhoben. Die Vergütung kann damit aus einer Verknüpfung von Provision und weiteren Zuwendungen bestehen.
Beteiligungen
Der Versicherungsvermittler unterhält weder direkte noch indirekte Beteiligungen von über zehn Prozent an den Stimmrechten oder am Kapital eines Versicherungsunternehmens, noch besitzen Versicherungsunternehmen oder Mutterunternehmen eines Versicherungsunternehmens eine direkte oder indirekte Beteiligung von über zehn Prozent an den Stimmrechten oder am Kapital des Versicherungsvermittlers.

Advice is offered in relation to the insurance products arranged.
Remuneration
The agency receives commissions and, where applicable, other benefits from insurance undertakings for arranging insurance products. The commission is included in the insurance premium; the customer is not charged separate remuneration for the insurance intermediation offered here. Remuneration may therefore consist of a combination of commission and other benefits.
Shareholdings
The insurance intermediary holds no direct or indirect participation exceeding ten per cent of the voting rights or capital of an insurance undertaking. Nor does an insurance undertaking or the parent undertaking of an insurance undertaking hold a direct or indirect participation exceeding ten per cent of the voting rights or capital of the insurance intermediary.
